This hotel is under renovation,old rooms offered are shabby looking,not good for family travellers.Indivdual and group travellers may adjust.Bathrooms are small and old,Service is not good either,No restaurant.

Expect This place to be a budget hotel, meeting all basic requirements only e.g. TV, Wifi, hot water, A/C etc. Although the cleanliness is not upto the mark but it's good for the price it is offering. A good option for budget friendly travelers

I just don't understand how they can spend the whole day seemingly doing nothing when the rooms are absolutely filthy! The funny thing also is that they sweep the floors outside and mop the stairs but the guests don't stay on the stairs or on the floor in the corridor, go clean the rooms! The walls are disgusting! Beyond that there was no hot water, the WiFi in the room was so poor as to be unusable and the tv set up was also not working. But you have to keep in mind the price. We booked through Agoda and it was Rs750 night but when we arrived he asked me for Rs940, until I pointed out that wasn't the rate. Importantly the bed was comfortable.

It is a top class hotel in least money. Free WiFi facility with a terrible speed available here. Car parking is also too big and beautiful. Customer service is quite awesome . staffs are cool minded . meal is also available because there is a restaurant in the hotel campus

Me and my husband stayed at hotel vijay for three nights. As soon as we got there we went to check in and realised that my husband had left his passport in Patna that morning. We obviously speak very limited Hindi and without hesitance the owners son rang up our hotel in Patna and asked about it . Finding that we had in fact left it in that hotel he said that he would drive to Patna the next day so could pick my husbands passport up himself and bring it back to us. The next day, my husband had his passport back. An example of customer service so generous I cannot imagine!! That night (quite late) the wifi in our room was very very weak (due to being on a high floor that had recently been built) we went and enquired and regardless of the time someone was there to help us and install a small extension on our floor. All in all the hotel was nice and good to stay in very spacious and very clean for a good price. All in all what must be mentioned the most is how kind and tentative the owners are.
